Matthew LeBaron, Coach

After years of soccer, running and traditional gym routines, Matthew found his way into CrossFit where he learned the value of "high intensity, constantly varied, functional movement" and applied this to his routine. The group mentality/community opened up a new world for him; coaching. He's since been certified in CrossFit L1 training, CrossFit Gymnastics and CrossFit Endurance. He is currently coaching B|X at Brick New York.
