I joined LeBaron Fitness with the goal to increase overall agility and mobility while improving strength. With Coach Matthew at the helm, I continue to get closer to my goals while creating new ones as I go - more agile, more fit. 
Exercises can be scaled to beginners and seasoned athletes alike and instruction is central to training (unlike some other fitness classes and programs).
